Free delivery is available for orders exceeding €10,000 (including VAT) in Germany and €15,000 (including VAT) elsewhere in Europe. www.resort-amenities.com reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries for reasons beyond our control, such as fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, terrorism, protests, riots, or other cases of force majeure. If the customer is unavailable at the agreed-upon address during the delivery period, the courier will attempt redelivery after reconnecting with the customer. If redelivery fails, the order will be canceled, and the product returned, with the customer bearing the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the order’s value.
Payment for ordered products must be made at the time of order completion. www.resort-amenities.com reserves the right to request advance payment in certain cases. Advance payment can be made by bank transfer; proof of payment should be sent to www.resort-amenities.com or by email at office@resort-amenities.com. Delivery will occur only after funds have been received by www.resort-amenities.com. In such cases, www.resort-amenities.com may request verification of payment security and validity from the electronic payment processor and may conduct additional checks before product delivery. Ordered products must be fully paid for; otherwise, delivery will not be completed.

Customers may inform www.resort-amenities.com in writing within 5 business days of receiving the product if they wish to return a purchase without penalty or reason. Returned products must be in their original packaging, with all accessories intact and undamaged. The customer will bear the full cost of return shipping. Requests for return should be sent to office@resort-amenities.com. If a different product than the one ordered was sent, customers may return it. We will cover all shipping expenses and promptly send the correct product upon receiving the request. Failure to accept delivery, repeated absence at the indicated/agreed delivery address, or failure to collect a package for a binding order will result in rejection of future orders and may lead to actions to recover any damages caused to our business.

Any problem caused by the products and services presented on www.resort-amenities.com or by the information presented on this website, which is not already treated by any article in the present document, shall be amiably settled within 14 business days following the date of the notification in writing of the problems, by the user. If the conflict cannot be settled amiably, the matter shall be addressed to competent courts, the parties choosing the competent courts within their residence. The Client undertakes these risks entirely as soon as he/she gives his/her consent in relation to this Customer Agreement.
